Denise Castro, LPC-S
I’m a perinatal, trauma, and womanhood therapist. I help women find self compassion, clarity, and joy in their lives. I work with women and mothers that are tired of being stuck in survival mode, and want to make motherhood work for them instead of fitting into the outdated narrative of what women should be.
In therapy with me, you don’t have to explain your choices or worry about being judged. This is your space to breathe, feel supported, and learn tools that fit your life.
We’ll work together to quiet your inner critic, set boundaries without guilt, and help you feel more like yourself again.
For the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women as they navigate the complex and tender journey of healing. Even longer, I have been raised and surrounded by strong women in my life who have shown me the true meaning of community and that when we support one another we all win.
The ultimate girl’s girl. I’m here to listen, cheer you on, and share practical strategies you can use long after our sessions. My goal is simple: to help you stress less, trust yourself more, and create a life that feels good to you. Because you deserve support in all stages of life.
